Peer Mentoring

The Academic Resource Center’s (ARC) Peer Mentoring program helps freshman students adapt to college life by providing sophomore, junior and senior-level student leaders to serve as positive role models. ARC Peer Mentors will assist students in preparing for and adapting to college life.

Students who participate in a Peer Mentoring group are more likely to:

· Have a better undergraduate experience
· Develop close relationships with other students
· Be aware of campus resources
· Develop meaningful connections with the university community
