Tutoring Appointments

Attendance Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment, the ARC requires that you give NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE and you must cancel your appointment through TutorTrac. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tutoring session, you will not be able to cancel through TutorTrac and you will be marked as a “no-show.”Three “no-shows” will result in your status changing to “inactive” and you will be unable to make further tutoring appointments until you meet with the ARC Director or ARC Assistant.  It is extremely important that you schedule your tutoring session at a time when you know you will be able to come.

How to set your appointment with a tutor:

Step 1 - Click "Make an Appointment"

Step 2 - If this is your first time to make an appointment, enter your A Number as your Username, then click Login. You will then set your new username and password, then click Save.
** Make a note of your username and password because you will need it to make future appointments with your tutor**

Step 3 - Click Goto, then Make an Appointment

Step 4 - Select your subject, then click Search

Step 5- Click on the desired appointment time to make your appointment with one of our tutors.

How to Cancel an Appointment

Step 1 - Click on "Make an Appointment" and log in to TutorTrac.

Step 2 - Your appointment(s) will be listed on the screen, click on the appointment you need to cancel.

Step 3 - There is a "Delete" button under the comments section. Click Delete and then click Save. Your appointment will then be cancelled.

Please note the attendance policy at the top of this page and remember to schedule appointments when you are sure you will be able to attend.
